He would call each day to let us know which workers would be working that day and their approximate arrival time. “Dear Dean, I’m sure it’ s safe to say no one likes spending several thousand dollars on a home repair. I’m no exception, particularly when it’s a repair that no one can see, like foundation piering. However, since I needed this work, I’m certainly pleased that I chose your firm to perform it. As you know I initially looked at both your firm, and your competitors, when I was evaluating my options. I did not make my selection solely on price, although yours was very good. More importantly was the total package presented. By the time we agreed to move forward, I was confident I’d made the right selection. As it turned out, my confidence was more than amply rewarded. You promised the work would be completed in five business days, and that everything that would be disturbed in the course of the work would be replaced. In fact your crew showed up exactly when promised, and got the job done in 4 days. More importantly when they were done, it would be impossible for anyone to tell they had been here. This was most impressive, since there were two substantial pits dug on the exterior of my home, as well as a hole cut in the concrete basement floor on the interior for that excavation. Under the supervision of John Lloyd, Noel Garcia and Sergio Del Gado did everything with the absolute minimum of disruption and with complete concern for my home and property. They worked around landscaping on the outside, and prevented any dust or debris from getting out of the work area on the inside. I could not be more impressed with the way the job was done, and how little hassle there was. This is the type of work one has no choice but to have done by professionals, and one must have some faith in the professional’s skills, since a problem would take some time to appear. Your staff instills that faith through their obvious attention to detail, and willingness to do what they promise and then some.
